It also includes violations like illegal search and seizure, malicious prosecution, the falsification or planting of evidence, coercion, and other forms of abusive conduct by police officers.

    Prisoner Abuse
Prisoner Abuse refers to civil rights violations within the prison system, which can include excessive force, arbitrary punishment, the denial of proper medical care, the infringement of due process rights, sexual assault, and wrongful death. Wrongful Death
Wrongful Death occurs when a person dies due to the reckless, negligent, or intentional actions of another party, including law enforcement officers, prison guards, or prison medical staff. Medical malpractice occurs when a doctor, hospital, or medical professional fails to meet the accepted standard of care, resulting in significant injury, permanent harm, or wrongful death. This can happen to anyone, including inmates under the care of medical staff while incarcerated.

    • Doctor Errors
    • Hospital Mistakes
    • Medical Abuse of Inmates

When healthcare providers make mistakes, the consequences can be devastating. Whether it’s a misdiagnosis, surgical error, or neglectful treatment, we are here to help victims seek justice for their suffering.

Car accidents are the leading cause of injury in the United States, and accidents involving trucks, buses, motorcycles, trains, and subways occur daily. Many of these incidents result in serious injuries or fatalities, often leading to legal claims.

If you’ve been involved in a car accident or an incident involving any motor vehicle—whether it’s a truck, bus, motorcycle, train, or subway—you may have grounds for a legal claim against the responsible party.

Nursing homes and group homes for individuals with physical or mental disabilities can be held legally accountable when acts of negligence, neglect, or abuse lead to serious harm to a resident.
